Beginning on January 7, 2017, we will close our Saturday operation at the local offices and start accepting all of our customer’s call at our 24/7 Call Center.
I do apologize this move may cause you. But at the same time, I will make sure that we will work harder to meet your expectation of our customer service in both weekdays operation in each office and at the Call Center anytime when you need us.
